The very first WordCamp Sylhet successfully took place from 19 to 20 May 2023.
This was the first WordCamp in our beautiful city, Sylhet. But the event brings the whole bangladesh together. Around 900 attendees attended the event which was the biggest WordCamp in our country and most probably biggest in this region.
We are thrilled to receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from the attendees, sponsors, speakers. They expressed satisfaction with the event’s organisation, content, and overall experience.

The Contributor Day
The second day of WordCamp Sylhet was dedicated to Contributor Day, where WordPress enthusiasts came together and discover the art of contributing to the WordPress ecosystem. This was the very first official contributor day in Bangladesh and we feel honored to arrange that in this WordCamp. A whole day dedicated to the contributors had a total of 11 Teams.

We got 29 sponsors and 28 of them are from Bangladesh and we sold out all the top tier slots in few days.
