We will have a panel discussion regarding the service based agency’s future. For a decade, service agencies sold capacity: more engineers, more hours, more output. AI has made that math collapse. Code is cheap, prototypes take days, and clients are starting to ask what they’re really paying for. This panel brings together agency leaders and founders to work through the uncomfortable questions. What does an agency sell when the building itself is commoditized? Does the junior bench still make sense? How do you price outcomes instead of hours \u2014 and can offshore teams still compete on cost when cost is no longer the differentiator? The short answer we’ll argue: AI didn’t kill the agency. It killed the average one. We’ll unpack what separates the two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
