A designer can make a screen look better in an afternoon. The harder part is deciding whether that screen should exist at all. When a product serves thousands or even millions of people, every design decision has a ripple effect. A small change in navigation, onboarding, pricing, or interaction can shape how people understand, use, trust, and remember a product. In this 10-minute talk, I\u2019ll share what I\u2019ve learned from designing complex WordPress and SaaS products, and how I\u2019ve learned to move from simply designing screens to designing better decisions. No perfect pixels. No design theory for the sake of it. Just a few practical ways to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and design for the people who actually use the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
