WordCamps are locally organized, community-driven conferences focused on everything WordPress, and we can’t wait to bring this dynamic event to our city. WordCamp is a non-profit, volunteer-run event so we rely on funding from sponsors to make it a success. Notes & Conditions
- Sponsors will always be presented (on the site, in banners, and other printed material), from the highest to the lowest level;
- The graphics to be included should be provided by the sponsor, in vector format;
- The tickets offered, both for the event and the speaker’s dinner, are non-refundable and cannot be sold, and may be offered to employees, customers, partners or friends, but the organization must be informed of name changes;
- If you can’t attend WordCamp and don’t have a chance to transfer your ticket(s), they can be donated back to the lot of tickets for sale, for which we thank you, avoiding waste and giving other participants the opportunity to attend;
- The display of sponsor links and logos will not be activated until the sponsorship amount has actually been received;
- Sponsors may suggest a presentation for WordCamp, just like anyone else, however the presentation must be related to WordPress, altough it cannot be commercial, and sponsoring the event does not give the sponsor a guarantee that the presentation will be approved;
- All promotional materials, including their production, are the sponsors’ responsibility, must not violate the code of conduct, should be reusable and sustainable, and must be approved by the WordCamp Sylhet 2024 organization;
