Jahangir Alam, Co-founder & COO at EFOLI, a Bangladeshi software company established in 2011. Our primary focus at EFOLI is crafting innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions tailored for the international market.

I earned my BCIS (Computing and Information Technology) degree from Daffodil, affiliated with London Metropolitan University, in 2007. With 6 years of professional experience as a software developer, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey in 2011.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in software product development and global market penetration from Bangladesh, I’ve had the privilege to build solutions for various eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Virtuemart, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Wix eCommerce, and BigCommerce. Over the past 7+ years, my focus has been primarily on crafting solutions for the Shopify platform.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to participate in 14 distinct Shopify events across 12 different countries, enriching my understanding of global markets and fostering invaluable connections along the way.

In recent years, I started angel investment in different startups and businesses both locally and internationally.
