Call for A/V Team Crew

Join the A/V Team for WordCamp Sylhet 2024!

Would you like to play a vital role in WordCamp Sylhet 2024 by showcasing your talents in photography, videography, live streaming, interviews, and editing?

Our call for A/V crew members is open to all.

If you have a flair for capturing moments through your lenses and adding an artistic touch to events, we want you on our team!

You can join the A/V Team Crew at WCSylhet 2024 in one of these roles:

• Photographer
• Photo Editor
• Live Stream Operator
• Videographer
• Video Editor
• Interviewer

As a Photographer/Videographer, you’re encouraged to showcase your unique style in capturing moments. Your creations will reach a global audience under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license, allowing widespread appreciation of your artistry.

In the Live Stream role, you’ll collaborate with a team to ensure smooth coverage of the event, avoiding long periods of solo monitoring.

As an Interviewer, you’ll have the freedom to interview organizers, speakers, sponsors, and attendees, adding depth to the event experience.

As a token of our gratitude for your commitment, you’ll receive a complimentary ticket to WordCamp Sylhet 2024 and an exclusive invitation to Welcome Dinner. 

Note: If you have already purchased Wordcamp Sylhet 2024 ticket, you can either bring one of your friends with it or you can let AV organizer know to refund it.

The application deadline is April 23, 2024, so seize the opportunity to capture the magic unfolding between May 10-11, 2024, at the Central Auditorium, SUST.

What’s Next?

• To apply as an A/V Crew member, fill out the application form.
• Your application will be promptly reviewed by the team.
• Following this phase, you’ll receive an email notification regarding your selection and will be added to a WhatsApp group for further communication.
• The first A/V Workshop will be held on May 1, 2024, at 7pm BD Time via Google Meet, outlining tasks and execution.
• The second and final Workshop. (time and place will be notified later)
